Pay: Pay details
$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.

Design MCP servers and tools that connect the assistant to application data and workflows.
Deploy, configure, and select local models for restricted-network environments.
Integrate model inference into backend and frontend services.
Build evaluation methods for output quality, tool accuracy, and reliability.

Minimum of 8 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree; 6 years with a Master's degree; or 3+ years with a PhD in a related field.
Experience deploying locally hosted models in offline or restricted-network environments and strong understanding of MCP.
Experience with prompt design, agentic AI patterns, model selection, and structured evaluation.
Proficiency in Python; experience with Docker; familiarity with FastAPI, TypeScript/Node.js, React, Git, and CI/CD.
