What you’ll do
- Design and implement LLM agents, RAG pipelines, workflow automation, and conversational interfaces.
- Integrate solutions with client APIs, databases, and business tools, then iterate in production.
- Train and support client teams to adopt deployed tools.
- Contribute to AI research, firm offerings, publications, and business development.
What you’ll bring
- Engineering degree or equivalent advanced training in computer science, information processing, or a related field.
- Hands-on production experience with LLMs, including prompting, RAG, fine-tuning, and agent orchestration.
- Proficiency in Python and applied AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI SDK, or Anthropic SDK.
- Experience integrating APIs and connecting heterogeneous systems.
