About the Role
Location: New York City (Primary), Denver, Chicago, Singapore (APAC), London, San Francisco, Austin, Los Angeles
Commitment: 5 Days In-Person
We're looking for someone who can identify where Endex will matter most inside a customer and design a deployment around that opportunity.
As a Deployment Strategist at Endex, you'll own the business rollout plan: workflow discovery, success criteria, customer coordination and go-live readiness. You'll keep implementation milestones moving and partner with FDEs on custom integrations before handing the ongoing relationship to customer success.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Scope the Right Workflows: Work with users and sponsors to choose use cases with a clear business outcome and a feasible path to production.
- Prioritize Use Cases: Balance customer impact, feasibility and time to value.
- Define Launch Readiness: Agree acceptance criteria, owners, user testing and the milestones needed for a dependable go-live.
- Run the Rollout: Coordinate business users, IT, FDEs and customer success across implementation, change management and the ongoing-account handoff.
- Bring Learning to Product: Explain the recurring needs that should shape Endex's roadmap.

- Problem-Solving Experience: You've worked through ambiguous customer or operational problems.
- Business Acumen: You can connect a workflow to the decisions and outcomes it supports.
- Technical Judgment: You understand enough of the product to scope a feasible deployment.
- Customer Trust: You can challenge assumptions constructively with users and executives.
- Deployment Judgment: You can turn an ambiguous customer goal into a scoped implementation, manage dependencies and keep business and technical stakeholders aligned.
